• Kadar sewa di MAYA homestay adalah amat berpatutan.
  
• Kadar sewa bagi satu hari satu malam adalah dari RM150- RM 350.
• Jangan risau..Harga masih boleh dirunding dengan pihak tuan rumah.
  

SELAMAT DATANG KE MAYA HOMESTAY

FELDAJAYA TROLAK SUNGKAI PERAK !

1. Check-in Jam 2 Petang, Check-out Jam 12 tghari.
2. Booking /deposit RM50 sehari. Pembatalan sblm 7 hari akan dipulangkan 50%.Duit deposit dikembalikan jika tiada sebarang masalah setelah cek-out.
3. Dilarang membawa masuk haiwan peliharaan spt anjing, kucing dll.
4. Dilarang membawa masuk barangan tidak halal disisi Islam seperti arak dan khinzir.
5. Buat macam rumah sendiri. Jaga Kelengkapan rumah dengan cermat. Kemas dapur/bilik tidur/keseluruhan seperti sedia ada.
6. Dilarang menjemput tetamu tanpa kebenaran. Tetamu yang lebih akan dikenakan bayaran.
7. Dilarang mencuri, mengambil & merosakkan kelengkapan di MAYA homestay.Setiap Kerosakan akan dikenakan surcaj, kecurian akan dilaporkan kepada pihak berkuasa.
8. Offpeak tariff rate & Peak tariff rate akan di ambil kira. Pakej diatas boleh berubah mengikut keadaan sebenar di MAYA homestay dgn persetujuan bersama.

Ø The MAYA Homestay open daily from 08.00 am to 08.00 pm

Ø Kindly contact and inform Owner for :

• Free use of Kitchen Facilities (Specified for Muslim use available)
• Free use of Laundry Iron.
• Extra bed/mattress/comforter set.
• ETC.

• Foods are not provided in MAYA Homestay. For caterer services, in Feldajaya Trolak please enquire at the Owner.

To ensure a pleasant and enjoyable stay, guests are requested to strictly observe the following rules;

• STRICTLY PROHIBITED alcohol, pig meet (Muslim sensitivity must be alert)
• Pet are not allowed in the MAYA Homestay
• Children must be supervises at all time.
• Do not leave personal belongings unattended. MAYA homestay will not be held responsible for lose cash or valueables left in the room or vehicles
• Please keep voice down after 10.00pm till 07.00am. Let yours and other neighbour enjoy a peaceful and quiet night rest at the homestay.
• Please conserve water and electricity. Your concerns on our environment in highly appreciate.
• The MAYA homestay is furnished with our standard supply of fittings and are inventoried upon check out. Any missing, lost, damage and broken item will be charged to your account.
